Production Support Engineer · Aug 2022 – Jan 2026

Supported production software and investigated complex technical issues across applications, APIs, databases, and environment configuration. Developed internal software and automation while applying systems and IT-oriented problem-solving.

Worked with developers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to communicate findings clearly and resolve issues. Combined troubleshooting and software development with testing, validation, documentation, reviewed changes, and security-conscious handling of access and data in an enterprise environment.

Internal data-transformation software

Developed backend components for a team-built application that parsed CSV, Excel, and JSON, mapped fields, and normalized inconsistent inputs.

Helped turn an informal script collection into reusable object-oriented modules and establish reviewed Git collaboration and development planning.

SQL workflows & C# automation

Extended established, multi-stage migration workflows with specialized input handling, reject checks, relational dependency management, and performance-conscious batches.

Independently built C# preprocessing and script-generation tools, validated changes in lower environments, and prepared tested packages for DBA-controlled production execution.

Cross-layer application investigation

Connected browser symptoms with API requests, backend execution, SQL state, and configuration to distinguish input, access, application, and environment issues.

Used reproducible test cases, logs, Swagger, Postman, and debugger traces to document actionable findings and verify fixes with the responsible engineers.

Global Harmonization Initiative

Volunteer technical contributor · September 2026 – present

Contributing to the Global Harmonization Initiative’s Food Safety in Relation to Religious Dietary Laws Working Group as a volunteer technical collaborator, connecting software engineering, food science, and religious dietary research.

Collaborators include Prof. Joe M. Regenstein, Cornell University emeritus professor; Prof. Quamrul Hasan, halal science researcher and academic collaborator; and Prof. Dr. Jawad Alzeer, researcher and academic collaborator.

Technical work in planning: exploring accessible desktop- and mobile-friendly web forms to modernize document-based questionnaires, preserve structured halal-certification responses, and support future academic data comparison, search, and analysis. The objective is to improve research utility and transparency around differing religious dietary requirements.
