Systems as complete projects
Systems Lab collects my independent work across networks, self-hosted infrastructure, hardware integration, deployment, repair, and recovery. The focus is how the parts behave together: establish requirements, commission a working baseline, validate the result, and plan for recovery.
Examples include isolating IoT devices from trusted endpoints, operating a LAN-restricted Windows Jellyfin host with tested state restoration, and protecting unstable storage before attempting repair.
A staged simulator build
The featured photograph shows the completed air-cooled first phase of a Ryzen 7 9800X3D / RTX 5090 system. I handled assembly, rear-connector integration, an 18-fan control layout, firmware, Windows deployment, and stability commissioning. Custom water cooling and the complete simulator remain later phases.
The GitHub collection contains the detailed build, network, media-server, recovery, workstation, and deployment write-ups.
